About

Sarah Wynne is the Development Associate / Executive Assistant at Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art, where she supports fundraising, donor relationships, event coordination, and the systems that sustain the museum’s work. Her approach is grounded in the belief that when structure is clear and intentional, creative spaces are able to do their most meaningful work.

She brings over 15 years of experience across operations, event planning, and client relations, much of it within experience-driven environments. Most recently, she served as Assistant General Manager at Grateful Homes in Great Falls, Montana, where she helped shape and structure operations within a growing startup. She led hiring and training initiatives and developed internal systems and standard operating procedures to support team growth and consistency. Earlier in her career, Sarah worked in New York City as Director of Operations for Never Stop Learning, a private learning and development platform serving both an invitation-only membership community and corporate clients. In this role, she led the planning and execution of curated experiences, coordinated large-scale events including international programming, and managed complex logistics with precision and discretion.

Alongside her professional work, Sarah is also a practicing artist, managing her own creative business from client relationship to final delivery. She brings that same care and perspective into her role at the museum. Her work is defined by clarity, intention, and a deep respect for both process and people. She is passionate about helping creative organizations feel both well-supported and meaningfully connected to their communities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from William Carey University.
