Public Comment and Review of Environmental Review Record

The Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art (The Square) will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 22st, 2024 at 5:00pm at 1400 1st Ave North, Great Falls, Montana 59401 in the museum's cafe', for the purpose of obtaining comments regarding the environmental review record for the proposed Climate Controlled Vaults for and the expansion of Permanent Collection space, and Floor Replacement in classroom 18 project that will address the rehabilitation needs of the historic building at houses the museum.

At the public hearing the proposed project will be explained, including the purpose and proposed areas of the project, activities, budget, possible sources of funding, any costs that may result for local citizens as a result of the project, and a decision will be made on the environmental assessment. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to ask questions and express opinions regarding the proposed project and any environmental impacts.

Comments may be given orally at the meeting or submitted in writing by 2/22/22 at 1pm (MST).

Copies of the environmental record will be available on The Square's website at www.the-square.org by Feb 21 or a hard copy at 1400 1st Ave. North, Great Falls, Montana 59401, and will also be available at the public meeting.
