Vision, Strength and Access (VSA) Arts Exhibition

Great Falls Clinic Community Gallery
Artists’ Reception: Friday,March 6, 10am - 2pm

Vision, Strength and Access (VSA)Arts is an international, nonprofit organization founded in 1974 by Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith. It was formed to create a society where people with disabilities learn through participating in and enjoying the arts. The VSA Arts program was founded on the belief that “… the arts belong to everyone and everyone deserves equal access.”

VSA Arts showcases the accomplishments of artists with disabilities and promotes increased access to the arts for people with disabilities. It also provides educators, parents and artists with resources and tools to support arts programming in schools and communities. Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art has offered VSAOpen Studio classes since 1996. This exhibition represents examples of work by participating local artists.
