Vision and Embodiment Meditation Workshop

Dates: Monday, 4/8 @ 1:00 - 2:30
OR Friday, 4/12 @ 12:00 - 1:30.
Max capacity 12
Participants: Comfortable clothes and yoga mat.

In this workshop we will explore our inner vision through a guided meditation, breath, movement, and a guided art journey. Your body knows what it needs, space to express. So often, we hold everything in- resulting in physical pain and emotional overload. We become accustomed to pretending, ignoring, pushing down. By deepening connection with the mind, body and spirit, we support the body and release pain and trauma.  Using specific Guided Meditations, somatic breathwork, somatic movement, and art, we create space for the body feel safe and clear old patterns, discovering new generative ways of being.
