Intro to Calligraphy

Students will learn an elegant, graceful alphabet in a step-by-step approach by
covering basic strokes, minuscules (lower-case letters) and capitals.


Computer Basics

Learn how to navigate within the Windows environment and so much more. This class is designed to help you feel comfortable using a computer.


Seated T'ai Chi
Ages: 65+
Instructor: Cynthia Quarta
Days: Thursdays: On-Going
Time: 10:15 -11:00pm

With no stress on joints or bones, seated T'ai Chi is particularly helpful for those who suff er from arthritis or any limited physical ability. T'ai Chi provides a life-long exercise system that delivers improved health and greater strength the longer you practice it. Exercises include specifi c movements for proper breathing, upper and lower body strengthening, and mental stimulation, resulting in the release of nourishing energy for body, mind and spirit. The seated version of T'ai Chi exercises can be practiced at home, in an easy chair, a wheelchair, and without the need of expensive equipment or special clothing.
